El spa era todo ventanas, no ideal para una cera de bikini incluso en el segundo piso. Siguieron yendo y viniendo y tardaba una eternidad en empezar. Una vez que regresaron con agua para mí (muy agradable pero no necesaria), en segundo lugar, fueron a buscar unas tijeras para cortar las tiras de cera, y en tercer lugar, regresaron con un estéreo para escuchar música (de nuevo, no es necesario).

Una vez que finalmente comenzaron, la cera todavía estaba fría. Lo calentaron más y lo intentaron de nuevo, pero todavía no estaba lo suficientemente caliente y ya había tenido suficiente porque ya habían pasado 40 minutos después de mi llegada.

I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I called to make a bikini wax appointment and the person who answered the phone spoke English and it was no problem. I arrive and there is inadequate signage to get to the spa, so I call again and the lady directs me to where it is. When I arrive the 2 girls working had no idea I was coming and didn’t speak very good English so I was confused about the lack of communication.

The spa was all windows, not ideal for a bikini wax even on the second floor. They kept leaving and coming back and it was taking forever to get started. Once they came back with water for me (very nice but not necessary) second they went to find scissors to cut the wax strips, and third they came back with some stereo for music (again, not necessary)

Once they finally started the wax was still cold. They warmed it up more and tried again but it still wasn’t hot enough and I had had enough as it was already 40 mins after I had arrived.

The girls were sweet and were clearly trying very hard but they had no idea what they were doing. Definitely do not recommend.
